After moving through the skills check and pumping, we worked on un-weighting then onto the drop technique. Alison overcame her confidence issues with help from me to really become automatic with the technique.
We then moved onto a trail and worked the looking and footwork on the top section .
Jonathon was really starting to fly after we worked on his speed management issue at the start.
Andy was flowing the trail and the drop was just another "section".
John was getting faster though feeling slower as he really got into his looking "next" down the trail.
White bike john was loving his new found trail energy managment skills.
Simon really went from fast to faster through out the session and capped it off on the final trail. We ended the day chatting about the progression of the entire group over a pint and chips in the pub.
