After the skills health check, we went through pumping and un weighting the bike.

I showed how this leads into the drop technique as Liz shows.

Chris needed to work on his looking what's next on the trail and got the hang of it fast!

Ben needed to work on his footwork and looking next and started to flow down the trail.

Ashley was fast and controlled in the corners too after a few tweaks .

Overall, the day was again a good one with all riders showing good uptake of the new skill set and confidence grew and grew. We ended the day chatting through the highlights over chips and a pint.
Hi Tony, thanks for a very enjoyable day. The weather couldn't have been better and you have a great way of explaining technique. I learnt a lot of new skills and tweaked a few old one ;)
