The guys turned up as arranged and I set to work installing both physical and mental skills sets. I adjusted their set ups and then we worked on applying the skills sets to techniques that are common out on trails. During the course of four hours we worked on different styles of corners, drops, steps, drop offs, steep terrain and linking sections on a trail together. Line choice and braking control enhanced their flow too.
