Adam and Mike share a skills session

Well, what a session that turned into. We covered so much over 5 hours before they tired. I began with the skills check and set up changes. Adam had been to a public session of mine last year but Mike was a newbie so I adjusted his set up and showed him why too. I found looking and body positioning needed work as well as their mental skills also. We began with drops and applying the physical and mental skills to that and the change in skills really hit home, especially with Mike. During the next few hours I demonstrated as many applications of the skills sets as possible. We worked on riding over obstacles, jumping tabletops and gaps, absorbing and pumping, riding steep terrain and the braking control that's possible as well as linking multiple sections on a trail. We ended our session after over 5 hours and retired to the local pub to celebrate an awesome skills enhancement session.
High5!
