Anja Came over from Germany for a session, so i started with the skills check as yalways, where i found she had strong footwork in her corners, And i needed to work on the other elements of cornering. I moved her over to the grassy slope where i worked on adding the other skills into it. We next moved over to the skills trail, where i began with the rock garden, and then linked this with the first two thirds of the trail, including bermed and flat corners, fly outs and steps. I moved her onto the pump and jump where we worked on pumping and having flow through all the sections. I showed her the end of skills trail, rolling down steeper terrain and linking it with corners. Our session finished with her riding the trail top to bottom, self diagnosing any problems within each section. Great day, looking forward to our next session.
