I have worked with Nolan quite a bit now and today we worked on ladder gaps into berm.
we worked on body position and speed management today.

A one to one with Andrea.

Today I met Andrea at Aspley woods for her 1st skills session with me.
Andrea wanted to learn technical climbing but said she wanted to learn to corner properly too.
We worked on her key skills and then applied them to mtb techniques through out the session and by the end, she was flowing down the trails with re-newed confidence.

Llandegla

Just back from a very interesting two days in Shropshire and Wales. On Monday I met Richard Davies who owns The Station Inn at the foot of the Longmynd. He will be putting in log cabins and camping area to give cyclists somewhere to stay, eat and drink and use as a base for their activities.
We spoke about the possibilities of UK Bike Skills using it as a base for coaching in the County/area.The venue looks superb, definitely some exciting possibilities there.

On Tuesday I met with Bob from One Planet Adventure at Llandegla MTB Centre.
They're keen use me to design and build some wooden trail features for them and a freeride trail. The possibilities there are awesome and I'm really excited about what could happen there. So many things to think about eh? :)

The day evolved into an awesome session and led on towards cornering and jumping .
