Steve's one to one

Steve's day began with the skills health check as usual. I found that his cornering was one sided and that he pulled his bike towards him lots. I set about correcting these traits and moved through the foundation techniques of pumping and un-weighting . We then worked on Steve's cornering where his looking into the next and his footwork needed attention. After we worked on the drop technique before working on trail energy management and stitching the whole trail together. I felt he was ready for tighter corners and worked on line choice later in the day. All in all a day of solid progression and Steve left with a new skill set and re-newed confidence in his riding.
