A Day With Tony

Tony contacted me wishing to be able to overcome obstacles on his local trails and make his own riding more fluid. After discovering that his footwork in corners was one-sided and that his looking into the "next" was non-existant I set about making changes to his riding.
We began on unweighting the front of the bike and then moved onto pumping. From there, we moved onto the drop technique and Tony took to it straight away. Cornering was next, we worked on getting his footwork dialled by isolating it then worked on his looking. As the day progressed, we moved onto over lapping section and flowing down the trail using the trails energy. Tony's confidence and commitment grew as became more automatic with his skill set.
We ended the day in the pub and I gave him pointers to work on in future rides.
Great day Tony!
