Today I met Andrea at Aspley woods for her 1st skills session with me.
Andrea wanted to learn technical climbing but said she wanted to learn to corner properly too.
We worked on her key skills and then applied them to mtb techniques through out the session and by the end, she was flowing down the trails with re-newed confidence.
