mondays intermediate/advanced group ride





a group of 4 riders turned up as arranged to aspley woods.we worked on pumping,corners,and drops

    Awesome day - can't believe how much I learnt and how good my riding felt at the end of it. Well worth it!

    Can't wait for the next session ;)
