8th May public jumps and drops session

We began with the skills check, where we made any corrections that were needed, and also made the necassary set up changes before moving onto the drop technique. Here we explained the importance of having a complete mental skills set, and soon everyone was feeling air beneath their wheels, with more comfort and control than before. We worked on corning and breaking, explaining the correct technique within, before linking drops into corners. We also used the fly out on the trail to teach the beginnings of jumping. Next was the tabletop, where we both worked to control each riders speed individually, and they were all soon jumping. Some even rode the 6ft gap jump. Our session ended on the pump and jump trail, where they where pumping through sections to gain speed to jump.

Nice one guys!
