Kathryn booked her day with me months ago saying that she lacked confidence when riding. We began as usual with the skills health check where I see what she can do naturally and without instruction. I then went on to correct her missing skills and show how and more importantly "why" we do certain things when riding. We worked on un weighting and pumping the trail before moving onto the drop technique. Kathryn really has a natural drop style after I corrected her from pulling on her bars. Then we moved onto cornering and linking techniques together on a trail. Kathryn's' confidence and commitment grew as the session progressed and her riding became less hurried and more relaxed. Our day ended when mental fatigue started to tell on Kathryn and she declared the end of the session.
Great day and i look forward to Kathryn's on going feedback from her future rides.
