A bri...Tony, another amazing day at UK Bike Skills. A brilliant combo of coaching and great company - It's more like riding with a mate who happens to be a superb coach. The more coaching I get, the more I enjoy the trails. And the bonus is I'm not as tired when I get to the bottom 'cos I'm working with the trail, and not against it.
The way you casually chat about seemingly unrelated stuff that later becomes important on the trail is spooky. One minute you're Mr Miyagi 'Wax on, wax off' and the next you're Yoda showing me the secrets of the force. No wonder they call you the Jedi.
Looking back at the day we covered so much, but it all seemed so relaxed an un-hurried. No wonder I was mentally and physically shattered at the end of the session.
I don't know what you put in the excellent coffee (or was it the sublime nettle beer?), but I'm coming back next year.
High5Andy Lockhttp://www.cycleseahaven.org.uknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5314040691117703213.post-87386552360714031342012-09-13T08:32:28.761-07:002012-09-13T08:32:28.761-07:00Tony, another amazing day at UK Bike Skills.
